About our Ravier Dates
Less sweet than the Medjool variety, the Deglet Noor or Kenta variety Dates are smaller and semi soft with a lighter colour. They offer a slightly nuttier sweetness and a bit more of a crunch, which makes them the superior variety for baking applications. They are easily chopped and diced without becoming mushy which allows them to keep a bit of a bite when baked through a cake, bread or cookie mix.
