About our Cherries
One of the foremost delights of British summertime, succulent Cherries really are one of the stand out fruits your money can buy, and boy do you buy them! They are easily the most popular and sought after fruit we sell, the relatively short season concentrates a years worth of enjoyment in to one short spell! Its’s not hard to see why, their elegant appearance is backed up with a gorgeous texture, flavour and juiciness that is rarely rivalled among other fruits.
If you can resist eating them all in one go, Cherries will bring you so much joy in the kitchen too when used for tarts, pies, crumbles and sauces amongst other things. Though your will power would be better than ours if they make it that far!
About the Farmer
We always try to get our fresh produce from local farmers, and by using those smaller scale, non-contract farms, it results in a better quality of products for our customers. If we have to adapt to the changing market conditions, we always ensure we use the regional farm network, pick the best quality produce and ensure a fair price is paid through the supply chain to support the British farming community.
