About our Pomelo
Pomelos are the largest of all cultivated citrus fruits and are native to South East Asia. The rind ranges from green to yellow and has a thick white pith underneath that should be discarded due to its bitterness. The segment membranes are also best discarded, which will leave you with a sweet yet tangy flesh that will range in flavour depending on variety. Look out for the Honey Pomelo, very popular amongst the Asian community for its sweeter flavour.
