About our Savoy Cabbage
Savoy cabbage is a type of green cabbage that is characterised by its crinkled and curly leaves, it’s not as tightly packed as the regular cabbages you’ll find and with its mild and slightly sweet flavour, it is one of the most popular cabbages we stock.
It’s leaves are ideal for stuffing and it can be eaten raw, so you can make low-calorie wraps without losing taste of flavour! Traditionally harvested in Autumn and Winter, making it a hearty addition to roast dinners, it can also easily be added to salads and sandwiches in the Summer.
About the Farmer
