In addition to their delicious flavour, courgettes are also a great source of nutrition. They are low in calories and high in fibre, vitamins, and minerals. They contain vitamins A and C, as well as potassium, magnesium, and calcium.

Varieties are available from our British suppliers during the harvesting season of mid-summer/autumn.

About the Farmer
