About our Yellow Courgette
Yellow courgettes have a similar shape and texture to green courgettes – but with a bright yellow skin! They do tend to have a milder and sweeter flavour than normal courgettes, which makes them a great ingredient for eating raw in salads.
Like other types of summer squash, yellow courgettes are a good source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals. It is low in calories and high in antioxidants, which may help protect against chronic diseases.
