About our Parsnips
Parsnips are a root vegetable that are closely related to carrots and celery. They have a sweet, earthy flavor that is slightly nutty and spicy, making them a unique and delicious addition to any meal. The parsnip’s texture is similar to a carrot, but it is denser and has a more complex flavor profile.
We have a really long parsnip season in the UK and they are ready to be harvested from Autumn onwards. This has made them a British staple in roast dinners, although they are delicious in other dishes too!

About the Farmer
